Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. The product is guaranteed free from any faulty materials and bad workmanship for twelve months domestic use from the date of purchase.
2. For any warranty enquiry, consumer should always contact OLIN by telephone us at 1800 656 630, or alternatively email us on support@westwell.com.au. Product returned without doing so could be left unattended. Dealer must download and complete the Authorisation Return form prior to any return.
3. All warrantees are voided under any of the following circumstances:
   i) any unauthorized repair or modification has been carried out on the unit, or
   ii) it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, insect or natural calamities, or
   iii) it has been installed, maintained or operated otherwise than in accordance with the instructions.
4. If there is a warranty registration card within product package, please send the attached warranty registration card to Westwell within 14 days of purchase to assure registration of the warranty.
5. This original warranty certificate and original purchase invoice must be presented together with return to Westwell or to its authorised resellers. Service fee will be charged if any of the documents cannot be produced.
6. Dead On Arrival: customers can obtain a new replacement unit in the first fourteen days after purchase if the purchased product is proved to be faulty.
7. The product must be returned to freight prepaid and be properly packaged for return, as goods damaged in transit will void warranty.
8. Goods returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced at OLIN¡¯s discretion. Whilst OLIN will endeavour to return warranted goods to sender as quickly as possible, turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the vendors. In some circumstance, at the discretion of the manager, the item may be replaced out of current stock.
9. OLIN accepted no responsibility for any data loss/corruption during repair process of any product.
10. Goods returned, with No Fault Found may attract a minimum service fee of $25.00 + 10% GST per item.
11. This warranty covers hardware only. Accessories such as connection cables, the CD, batteries, headphone, remote controller and software installation, users¡¯ manual are excluded in the warranty.
12. Under no circumstance will OLIN be liable for any consequential damages caused in relation to the use of this product.
13. This warranty extends ONLY to the original purchaser/end user and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end users.
14. This warranty service is applicable to the customer who purchased the product from OLIN or authorised dealer in Australian and New Zealand ONLY.
15. OLIN reserve all rights to amend the warranty conditions without further notice

Price

1. All the prices on this website are GST inclusive.
2. Both the RRP price and the wholesale price on this website are for reference only.
3. OLIN endeavour to provide the fairest price in the market. It¡¯s strongly recommended to contact the sales team or your representative for the latest quotation before an order is made.
4. In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in the pricing information received from our vendors, OLIN shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price
5. OLIN reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.

Freight

1. All purchases from OLIN international are subject to freight.
2. Individual orders of $1000 and over will be shipped free in to store.
3. If any of the items on the original purchase order are placed on Back order OLIN will supply these items FIS.
4. Any individual purchase order under $l000 will be subject to a freight charge of $10
5. OLIN also provide a drop ship service, all items are subject to freight and will be charged at a flat rate of $10 per each individual delivery address
